You just arrived in the wonderful world of Palia! Time to get settled in. Jina told you that Ashura is responsible for helping out newcomers. Find him by following the villager icon on the compass.

Ziele

1. Teil 1

   • Find Ashura in Kilima.

2. Teil 2

   Ashura took you to your new housing plot. Talk to Hodari or Ashura to learn more!

   • Talk to Hodari and Ashura at the housing plot.

3. Teil 3

   It's time to clean up your new home sweet home. First you need to clean it up a bit. Use your axe and pickaxe to remove the debris broken off your house. You can tell which elements are debris by the arrows above them.

   • Clear some debris from the plot.
   • Return to Ashura and Hodari

4. Teil 4

   Now that you've cleared the debris, fix up your new old home.

   • Fix up broken house by submitting materials to sign.
   • Return to Ashura and Hodari

5. Teil 5

   Place your worktable by selecting it in your action bar. Then move it into place.

   • Place your worktable.

6. Teil 6

   Now that you have a work table, you can build a few pieces of furniture to make your house a home. Interact with the worktable to open up the crafting menu. Once you've crafted them, place the furniture on your plot to spiffy it up!

   • Craft a wooden storage chest at the workbench and place it on your plot.
   • Craft a wardrobe and place it.
   • Craft a chair and place it.
   • Return to Ashura and Hodari

   Once you've spoken with Jina and Hekla, leave the cave. Your compass sits at the top center of the screen, so follow the villager icon shown on it!

   When you reach Ashura, talk to him and he'll teleport with you to your new Housing Plot, where Hodari is waiting.

   At the housing plot, you'll notice the Chapaas have wrecked your housing sign. Hodari is also clearing away some debris. Talk to him or Ashura.

   Clear some debris using either the Makeshift Axe or Makeshift Pick.

   • Use the axe and pick to clear barrels and broken walls from the plot three times. You have to loot the drops for the quest to advance. Trees and rocks don't count as debris.

   Once you've cleared some debris, Ashura and Hodari help you fix up your new house.

   • Interact with the construction sign on your front steps and turn in the required Sapwood and Stone.

     • This nets you your first accomplishment!

   After the house is repaired, Hodari hands you a Worktable. Set it down on your plot.

   • There are a few ways to place items on your plot:

     • Pick the item on the action bar and click (on PC) or (on Switch) to drop it onto your plot. Then choose a spot you like and click to set it down.
     • Open the editing grid ( or ). Then choose the item on your action bar, find a spot you like, and click to place it.
     • Press or for a top-down view of the plot, which makes positioning larger objects easier.
   • Now let's get decorating! Open the Worktable by interacting with it ( or ) and craft a Wooden Storage Chest, Log Cabin Wardrobe and Log Cabin Dining Chair. Place these the same way you placed the workbench.

   Go back to Ashura and Hodari, who send you into town to pick up some new skills!
