Walkthrough

   Head to the Bulletin Board in Kilima Village and open it.

   A pop-up about the Heartstopping Heartdropz quest will show up. Press the "Accept Quest" button to unlock it.

   Locate Tish and talk to her.

   Once the quest is done, you'll gain access to the Bundles & Dailies tab of the Bulletin Board.
