Walkthrough

1. 1
   A glowing purple book sits in a corner of The Underground. Interact with it to discover what it is.

   • A dusty tome lies forgotten in the corner of the Underground. There's no price on it, and when you try to open it, you find it locked up tight.
2. 2
   Ask Zeki about the book and haggle until the Mysterious Book is yours.

   • Interact with the book once more to pick it up.
3. 3
   Track down someone who can open the book. Quest markers will show up for Caleri, Jina, Reth, Tish, and Zeki.
4. 4
   Leave the book with Caleri to attempt opening it, and wait for word back.

   • It's unclear whether other villagers have their own progression.
5. 5
   Read Caleri's letter and go meet her in the safest spot she knows, the Restricted Section.
