Prismbeard's Lost Treasure

Overview

You found a mysterious map inside Shipwreck Cave. Auni's convinced it will lead to Prismbeard's Lost Treasure. The only way to know for sure is to find where X marks the spot! If you need to double check, you can open the map from your Quest Pouch.

Objectives

   Find the next spot and dig it up! If you need to double check the map, you can open it from your Quest Pouch.

4. Part 4

   You found a riddle that directs you back to the place where Prismbeard's face is. It can only be the sliding puzzle you solved earlier!

   • Return to the room with the sliding puzzle.

5. Part 5

   You've returned to the sliding puzzle room, and now you must speak the correct phrase.

   • Solve the riddle.

6. Part 6

   Speaking the passcode spawned ANOTHER treasure chest! Open it to see what's inside.

   • Open the chest!.

7. Part 7

   So, still no treasure... but you have found something interesting in the chest. Tell Auni and Nai'o about the spyglass you received.

   • Talk to Auni and Nai'o.

8. Part 8

   Equip the spyglass in your inventory by selecting the Quest Gear icon, then selecting the Spyglass!

   • Equip the spyglass.

9. Part 9

   Equipping the spyglass has revealed a statue that wasn't there before. Perhaps it has something to tell you?

   • Talk to the statue that appeared.

10. Part 10

    Prismbeard sure likes his riddles. The statue has told you to find where Prismbeard got his start. Auni and Nai'o might have some ideas.

    • Tell Auni and Nai'o what you discovered.

   Open your quest pouch and select the Pirate Map if you want a hint about where the "X" is.

    Go back to Shipwreck Cave at D8 and step through the door where you found the sliding puzzle.

    Tell the passphrase to the sliding puzzle.

    • Getting it wrong costs you nothing—you can try again right away.

    Speak with Auni.

    Equip the spyglass by clicking the empty quest gear slot in your accessories bar on PC or the accessories page on consoles. The spyglass never goes into your storage or inventory. Clicking the quest gear slot brings up a pop-up where you select the spyglass picture to equip it.
