   Head to the Bulletin Board in Kilima Village and open it.

   A pop-up for the Spring's Bounty: Intro quest will appear. Hit the "Accept Quest" button to unlock it.

   Locate Hassian and talk to him.

   Once the quest is done, the Bundles & Dailies tab of the Bulletin Board will open up.
