The Bad News

Overview

Kenli needs your help sharing some bad news with Delaila. The Duchess raised the taxes on the Daiyas, and wants HIM to evict them if they can't pay.

Objectives

1. Part 1

   • Talk to Delaila.
   • Return to Kenli

2. Part 2

   Kenli needs to verify that the Daiya farm deed is the real deal. The document should be somewhere in the records room on the first floor of City Hall.

   • Search the records room for the deed to the Daiya family farm.
   • Return to Kenli

Walkthrough

1. 1
   The crops you and Kenli sent to the Duchess to cover the taxes for the Daiya Family Farm fell short, and Kenli may have to evict them.
2. 2
   Since Kenli can't bring himself to do it, go tell Delaila.
3. 3
   Head back to Kenli with information about the deed.
4. 4
   Locate the original deed in the records room to confirm these claims.
5. 5
   Return to Kenli and tell him what you discovered.

   • Optional: Go speak with Delaila again.
