Walkthrough

   Go to the Bulletin Board in Kilima Village and open it.

   A pop-up about the Winter Skitters: Intro quest appears. Hit the "Accept Quest" button to unlock it.

   Track down Elouisa and speak with her.

   Once the quest is finished, the Bundles & Dailies tab of the Bulletin Board opens up.
